Message	2-3 weeks ago when Dave or Eric told us to call because they didnt realize there mistake. I should have been refunded already but as you said they rahter bull $hit and lie and not actually pay up on there mistake. I agree screw shopping there its snap on for me plus i could get a pretty reasonable discount with them which doesnt hurt. All and all Sears is taking there sweet ass time and in my opinion pissing people off. Before anyone says anything, I knew it wouldnt happen either but come on it never hurts to try.
